T.L. Little, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Little was an original founder of the bank and currently serves as Chairman of the Board and director of the Bank. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BA in accounting. After graduation, he was employed by Ernst & Ernst (Ernst & Young) a big eight accounting firm for two years. He began his corporate career at GreenSeed, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Treasurer. Through his leadership GreenSeed developed the seed industry standard for information systems.
Mr. Little is a partner of Green & Little, a real estate investment company. In addition, he is secretary/treasurer of Green-Little Corporation, a real estate management company. Mr. Little has partnership interests in several companies investing in industrial, commercial, and retail real estate.
Mr. Little served as an advisory director of First Tennessee Bank and director of First Tennessee Bank of Sumner County for more than twenty-five years. He also served as a director of United Way of Middle Tennessee and Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club. Currently, he is a board member of the United Methodist Foundation, Tennessee Conference. Mr. Little has also been active in civic and social organizations, including United Way, Lions Club, Gallatin Chamber of Commerce and Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club in Hendersonville, Tennessee and is a member of First United Methodist Church in Gallatin, Tennessee, serving as Chairman of the Finance Committee for more than ten years.
Louis A. Green III
Mr. Green was an original founder of the bank and currently serves as a director. He attended the University of Tennessee. He began employment with GreenSeed Company. During Mr. Green’s tenure as president, GreenSeed tripled its annual revenues and was sold in 1989 to Genesis Seed Co.
Mr. Green is a partner in Green & Little, a real estate investment company. In addition, he is President of Green-Little Corporation, a real estate management company. Mr. Green has partnership interests in several companies investing in industrial, commercial, and retail real estate.
Mike Gaughan
Mr. Gaughan is a director of the Bank. Mr. Gaughan is a broker for, and owner of, RE/MAX Choice Properties, a full service real estate firm with locations in Hendersonville, Gallatin, and East Nashville. Mr. Gaughan has served on the boards of Sumner County YMCA, Hendersonville Medical Center, Forward Sumner, and The Jason Foundation. Other community and professional organizations include The Hendersonville Rotary Club Hendersonville, and Gallatin Chambers, Sumner Association and Tennessee Association of Realtors and attend the First Methodist Church. Mr. Gaughan is a graduate of University of Memphis.
David Ace Harrington
Mr. Harrington joined the board of directors of the Bank in 2004. In 1979, he graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Business and Economics. In 1980, he was one of the founders of Middle Tennessee Associates, now known as MTA Distributors.
Mr. Harrington is President & CEO of MTA Distributors, an exclusive distributor of Honda engines in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia. MTA also distributes a complete line of light-duty construction equipment throughout the U.S. and Canada and has been selected as one of the Top 100 privately held companies in Nashville. Mr. Harrington has partnership interests in several companies investing in industrial, commercial, and rental real estate.
Mr. Harrington has served as an Executive Board member of Davidson Academy. Presently he is Chairman of the Architectural Review Board of Fairvue Plantation in Gallatin. He has also served as Chairman of the Personnel Committee and as a member of the Stewardship Committee of First Baptist Church of Hendersonville, where he and his family are members. Mr. Harrington is currently Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the board of Directors of Sumner Regional Hospital System.
